We’re hiring a Backend Developer!

Inch & Brick is looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and build an amazing robust CRM platform, that is specifically designed for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the real estate CRM platform.

* Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration of backend services.

* Develop RESTful APIs to expose backend functionalities to frontend and mobile applications.

* Implement robust data models and optimize database performance using MongoDB or MySQL.

* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

* Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and performance bottlenecks.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.

* Experience with the Next.js framework is a plus.

* In-depth knowledge of MongoDB or MySQL database systems.

* Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.

* Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database optimization techniques.

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

* Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

* Experience with microservices architecture.

* CRM-specific requirements: Clearly outline specific CRM features and functionalities that the backend developer will be responsible for implementing (e.g., lead management, property listings, customer relationship management, sales pipeline, and reporting).
