Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Oversee and update multiple social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Grow followers organically and enhance brand visibility
• Develop social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Curate and share engaging content (Content, images, videos)
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Engage with followers, answer queries, and manage interactions
• Monitor brand mentions and respond to feedback

Content Creation

• Plan and execute a content calendar for consistent postings
• Create compelling content formats (posts, stories, reels, live videos)
• Track performance and enhance content strategy based on analytics
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team for engaging visuals

Community Engagement

• Foster and maintain a strong online community
• Engage with influencers and real estate tycoons
• Address client feedback and complaints professionally

Social Media Advertising

• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI
• Stay streamlined with the latest trends and platform changes

Requirements

• 2- 3 years of experience in social media management
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Camera-friendly & the capability to produce visually engaging content
• Familiar with social media analytics tools
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Creative and innovative mindset
