Hiring a Google Ads Specialist

We're looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist to optimize our Google campaigns & drive high-quality leads for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create & Execute Google Ads strategies that align with our business goals.
• Need to do keyword research & our competitor analysis.
• Manage & optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video).
• Write attractive ad copies and landing page content.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide performance reports to our manager.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
• A/B test ad variations & landing pages.
• Always stay updated with the Google Ads features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team.
• Manage ad budget and allocate funds.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Google Ads management, ideally in real estate.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform (search, display, video).
• Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads certifications. Experience with bidding strategies & other automation tools.Knowledge of SEO & PPC synergies.
