Job Overview

* Responsible for selling Dubai's real estate, including residential and commercial properties.

* Meet sales goals while contributing to the expansion of the organization's growth.

* Establish and maintain a solid connection with clients.

Responsibilities

* Apply cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques to generate quality leads.

* Qualify leads and understand clients' unique needs and preferences

* Deliver amazing customer support throughout the sales process.

* Keep updated with real estate trends & values.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* MBA Graduates/Freshers with strong communication skills

* Required Excellent analytical R&D Knowledge

* Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience.

* Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Additional Requirements for Freshers

* Passion for real estate and sales.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office.

* Strong learning agility and adaptability.
