We are hiring a Front-End Website Developer at Inch & Brick Realty, your role is pivotal in turning our design concepts into fully functional and engaging user interfaces.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in front-end development

Responsibilities

Design Translation:

* Translate Figma designs (or similar tools) into interactive web interfaces.

* Convert design elements such as layouts, graphics, typography, and UI components into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

* HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Expertise:

* Strong command of HTML for structuring web pages.

* Proficiency in CSS for styling and layout.

* Expertise in JavaScript for adding interactivity and dynamic behavior to web elements.

* Ensure accurate implementation of design elements and consistency across browsers and devices.

Collaboration with the Design Team:

* Work closely with the design team to understand design requirements.

* Provide feedback on design feasibility and discuss implementation approaches.

* Communicate effectively to ensure accurate translation of design concepts.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail:

* Maintain design consistency and achieve pixel-perfect layouts.

* Adhere to design specifications, style guides, and design system components.

* Ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Optimization for Performance:

* Focus on optimizing web applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

* Optimize code, assets, and resources to minimize load times and improve user experience.

* Ensure smooth performance across various devices and network conditions.

Responsive and Cross-Browser Compatibility:

* Ensure web interfaces are responsive and compatible with different screen sizes, devices, and browsers.

* Implement responsive design techniques and test for cross-browser compatibility.

* Address layout or functionality issues that may arise.

Continuous Learning and Innovation:

* Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

* Continuously learn new skills, tools, and frameworks.

* Contribute to innovative solutions for web projects.
