The Email Marketing Executive will develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales for Inch & Brick Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

* Create engaging email content: subject lines, preheaders, and body copy.

* Design and develop visually appealing email templates.

* Build and segment email lists based on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.

* Utilize email marketing automation tools for campaign execution and optimization.

* Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics.

* Identify trends and insights to optimize email campaigns.

* Stay updated with email marketing best practices and industry trends.

* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or another field.

* Fresher/Minimum 1-2 years of email marketing experience.

* Proven track record of successful email campaign execution.

* Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

* Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).

* Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

* Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the real estate industry.

* Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template development.

* Experience with A/B testing and email personalization.

* Experience with CRM systems.
