* Create and Execute Google Ads strategies that align with our business goals.

* Need to do keyword research & our competitor analysis.

* Manage & optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video).

* Write attractive ad copies and landing page content.

* Monitor campaign performance and provide performance reports to our manager.

* Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.

* A/B test ad variations & landing pages.

* Always stay updated with the Google Ads features.

* Collaborate with the marketing team.

* Manage ad budget and allocate funds.

* Proven experience in Google Ads management, ideally in real estate.

* Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.

* In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform (search, display, video).

* Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.

* Excellent written and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as a team player.
