We are hiring a Telecaller Operator to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Sales and Customer Interaction:
Responsibilities:
* Make cold calls to potential clients
* Respond to incoming inquiries from customers and offer relevant solutions.
* Respond to client concerns and efficiently handle problems.
* Achieve and exceed weekly and daily sales goals as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
* A fundamental understanding of computers, especially MS Office.
* The ability to accept rejection & work toward goals.
* Outstanding ability to solve problems.
* Fresher/Prior telesales experience (1-2 years preferable).
* Graduation is Mandatory
Data Management:
* Preserve that client records are updated and accurate in the CRM system.
* Create reports & examine sales data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
* To achieve mutual sales goals & objectives, you must be a team player.
